Triund hill

Triund is a lovely hill situated in Dhauladhar Mountains, in Himachal Pradesh district of Kangra. It is situated around 2842 m above sea level. Triund is a popular McLeod Ganj trekking site and every year attracts a lot of tourists. It is also one of the best short treks trails in the state of Himachal. Triund provides great views of one side of the Dhauladhar Mountains and the Kangra Valley on the other. Triund is truly a delight for trekkers and nature lovers, though people in Dharamshala can also experience camping. Please notice that camping in Triund is not currently allowed and the same day you will return to your home.
