The Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary crosses a series of mountain tops at Gurashikhar, the highest point in the Aravali Mountains, from 300 m to 1722 m. The sanctuary at Mount Abu Wildlife is full of floral elegance. There is an evergreen forest on the other side, which meets the river and the valleys. The Mount Abu Wildlife Sanctuary also contains several orchids. Don’t forget the many areas rich in roses and bamboo. The sanctuary of Mount Abu Wildlife also houses, amongst others, leopard sloth bear, wild boar, sambar, chinkara and langur. Some of the sanctuary ‘s species are particularly rare and endangered.
