Kanak bhawan

Kanak Bhawan is in Ayodhya, northeast of Ram Janam Bhumi, Ramkot. Kanak Bhawan is one of Ayodhya’s finest and most prominent temples and is a must-visit. This Bhawan is believed to have been gifted by Kaikei to Devi Sita immediately after her marriage to Lord Ram. This is Devi Sita and Lord Rama’s private palace. Vikramaditya renovated it. Later, Vrish Bhanu Kunwari, which exists even today, was reconstructed/renovated. Lord Ram and Devi Sita are the main idols installed in the Garbhgrih (sanctum).
