Kali Bari Temple is one of the prominent pilgrims centers and famous tourist places to visit in Shimla, at 1.5 km from Shimla Railway Station and 1 km from Shimla Old Bus Stand. Kali Bari Temple is an extremely popular tourist attraction situated in a strategically planned location. The temple was built in 1845, and is dedicated to Goddess Kali, who is also known as Shyamala. Shimla gets its name from the goddess Shyamala, Himachal Pradesh’s capital.
