Jwala devi temple

Jwala Devi Temple, situated in Himachal Pradesh’s Kangra district, is dedicated to Jwala Ji, a Hindu goddess depicted with a display of eternal flames. One of the 52 Shakti Peethas in India, Goddess Sati’s tongue is thought to have dropped where the Jwala Devi Temple is now located.
