Jot pass

Jot Pass is a hiking and driving route that features sharp, hairpin turns and a spectacular backdrop of formidable mountains. It is a lesser established destination, not frequented by tourist throngs crowding the rest of Dalhousie. The first kilometer is steep, which will test the adventure enthusiast in you, but the rest of the trek is mild, and while trekking one can easily revile the striking beauty and serenity of the area. The alpine scenery appears as if on the side of the road there are golden pavilions which delight you at every step. In summer months, flowers cover the entire valley, the skies are bright blue and one feels closer to nature than ever before. Get off to the top of the hike to enjoy Dalhousie’s stunning view.
