Gulaba

Gulaba is located on Leh-Manali Highway, on the way to Rohtang Pass. Gulaba is among Manali’s most famous sightseeing sites. Gulaba is situated 4000 m above sea level. It is named after Kashmir’s Raja Gulab Singh who camped here during his invasion of China through this area. From November till February covered with snow. The view of the mountains capped by majestic snow, the flowing Beas River and the small grasslands simply add charm to the place. Gulaba was known for skiing and adventure sports. In addition to skiing, one can also participate in enjoying the region’s beauty by Paragliding.
