Drukgyal dzong

Drukgyal Dzong

Drukgyal Dzong was built in 1649 to mark the victory of Bhutan over Tibet and now an imposing ruin. It was caught fire in 1951 and most of the original construction of the Drukgyal Dzong has been but still the basic stonework and basic foundation still lays. It is a paradise for the person who loves the photography since the site is best for clicking photographs. Capturing the essence of Bhutan at this crafty location is exciting.
