Apharwat Peak

The mighty Himalayan Apharwat Peak is at a height of 4,390 meters or 14,400 ft.above the Sea level. The peaks stay snow clad during the year and therefore the region receives heavy rainfall per annum making it a perfect skiing destination in winters. The Kargil Line of Control (LOC) is simply a few kilometres away from here.
